I obtained my Master's of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. My experience includes working with both adolescents (11+) and adults in various individual and group therapy settings including inpatient psychiatric facilities, crisis centers, community mental health centers, case management, and  intensive outpatient program (IOP). I also have experience as a case manager.

I was born and raised in Colorado! I love to be outdoors with my two dogs, Roxy and Duke. I also enjoy snowboarding, traveling, catching up on binge-worthy shows and spending time with friends/family.
